There have been reports of burglaries in the area. As advised by Crime Prevention, please ensure that you take the following precautions:

Do not leave any valuables on display inside your vehicle, ensure all windows are closed, always lock your vehicle and activate alarms.

Make sure all downstairs windows and doors at your home are closed, locked, secured, and alarmed where applicable before going to bed.

Keep sheds and garages locked at all times.

Store bicycles out of sight to reduce the risk of theft.

Please ring the Police and report any suspicious activity 999 emergency, 101 non-emergency and online report www.gmp.police.uk
